I like both of these expressions - the first one sounds good and rejects the violence. I also like the idea of performing random acts of kindness - what goes around coems around, pay it forward...

I enjoyed reading your heartfelt comments about your experience of the day. In Steiner education we talk a lot about thinking with the heart and how important the heart is in all aspects of life and especially education, regards Lynne
